Images 20 Film Festival Intro

This motion graphics piece was created as an intro for the Images 20 Film Festival. Although it was produced many years ago, I still enjoy the energy, timing, and graphic qualities of the animation.

The project was an opportunity to explore motion design, combining typography, imagery, animation, and editing to create a short visual identity for the festival.

Looking back at older work like this is always interesting. The tools and techniques may change over the years, but the fundamentals of animation, movement, timing, composition, and visual storytelling remain much the same.
